Doubt that Keith how would the summer teams compete in the FA and League Cup competitions ? Not to mention the promoted and relegated teams would have very long seasons.

Once again our code leads the way and the others eventually follow. IMO If it does happen I doubt it will affect crowds, we currently don`t have a great period of our games which don`t coincide with soccer games.
