So for those of you who went last night what did you all think?

Know it wasn't the result you wanted and the weather wasn't the best but be nice to hear feedback on the ground, facilties, location and what you think they club could improve etc.

Nice ground, although too big to get a good atmostphere.
Seems we should refuse Cas or Wakey into the Championship as their grounds arent good enough.

I see Salford Council have approved their own plans

Untill I see steel work etc going up I m not convinced.

You are playing out of a premiership standard soccer ground, the facilities should be excellent as will be the pitch especially in August.
Because it is a soccer pitch you will have the problem of it not being long enough to fit a RL pitch on it and will retain the advantage that gives.
In conclusion it will be a million times better than Don Valley and good luck for the future.

Location excellent, 10 mins walk from station, by the way next time people go, i suggest going on the train, the sheffield tap is top quality real ale bar, so much better than don valley it aint true, good speck and all in all i have enjoyed my 2 sheffield expoeriences, more so last night as we had pre purchased tickets.

Nice ground,good facilities,no problem getting a ticket.Good friendly banter with fans.Enjoyed everything bar the result

Much better than Don Valley ,didn't like the track in between felt too far away ,the stadium had a good feel about it although one of my friends couldn't get through the turn style ,wasn't quick enough so had to get someone to let them in,only down side ,its a bugger to get to,think the sat nav took us the long way round tut

oh and the stewards we spoke to were outside were helpful.

What a top, top ground to visit. Biggest Eagles home support I've ever seen so it's obviously working out for th'Eagles. Was dreading it beforehand thinking we'd be lumbered with the 'football steward overlords' type but to be able to take your beer to the seats and stand up at the back of the stand for the whole game was a huge bonus.

Really enjoyed visiting and looking forward to going there next year - now I know there is tons of flag space then I'll probably take the full lot next year.

Rule No.1 of driving in Sheffield: Throw the Sat-Nav in the bin.

Glad you all enjoyed (despite the result) and we eagles fans much prefer BL to DVS. Lets hope the Sheffield public agrees.

How many were on?

1,2summat. Certainly the biggest Eagles support I've seen in 4/5 visits there so the move to Bramall Lane must be seen as a positive from that point of view.

Great venue for watching Leigh play, its only 20 minutes from my house.
