If we had had a heavy penalty count in our favour and Fev had had a man in the bin instead of the other way round, plus a touch of composure, we'd have won quite easily. Perhaps if you hadn't gone 18-0 and endedm up playing 'catch -up for most of the game your team would have given themselves a chance regardless of the numpty from Dewsbury!!

yes agreed rotherham chap, a team could lose a penalty count 20-0, doesn't mean you have to let in a try. Fev scored a couple of 'blinders' even the one after that 'play the ball' steal. We did ok at times, but the BETTER team definitely won.

Maybe if our defense didn't look none existant at times we would have stopped really soft tries being scored. I want the RFL to look at all the other teams kits because I am sure they have them "flashy things" that The Men In Black use built into there kits because we just stand still at certain times in a game and the oppositon just walk past us. Is that because all refs and the RFL hate you, or because you've realised that Leigh must have a discipline problem which prevents them from beating the top teams in tight games?

We have a huge discipline problem. We are a bunch of headhunters. I do not know how we ever retain 13 players on the field. We must sort it out asap, especially as all the other teams in the division are innocent little choirboys.

ah so at long last you realise that Widnes are no longer a top team.

Our defence was poop once again, mostly on the left edge and particularly in the first half. Fev are a good side and exploited that well in the first half. People need to stop having a go at individual players and realise that they are the best we have at the moment and we need to get behind them.

There is a slight positive though - we have only played in 'parts' in the last two games and have managed to get bonus points against (IMO) the best two side in the league away from home.

He is from Dewsbury although, curiously, when we had him at Dewsbury, he was reported to be from Batley!



Incidentally, we have been on the 'right' side of the penalty count in most games this season.
