Does anybody know how ticket sales have gone for the international on Saturday, Would love to see the lsv full for the first time....

Would expect it to be close to 10,000 so pretty much guaranteed a stadium record.

I'd expect it to be near enough full. I'm looking forward to it - the game and seeing the LSV full and hopefully a good atmosphere inside.

Apoligies if there has been an explanation (International RL isn't really my biggest topic these days) does anyone know why this match wasn't played (for example) last weekend to avoid any clashes with major sporting events

I am trying to get a few more going from Warrington, the problem for people seems to be that Leigh is a pain to get to.

Went to buy 7 tickets on Monday, the bloke said the ticket office had sold 600, and 6,000 had been sold online.

Anyone who is not walking distance from the ground will not get home in time to watch the Wendyball game and I think this has really impacted on the crowd.
Only the RFL could think this was a good idea.........

I did that for 6 until recently with all different routes, you must have one of them flying cars

Lots going from Leigh, its the SL fans who can't be bothered, there are enough of them in close proximity to Leigh.

Its the World Cup opening game thats the problem, ost fans will watch the England RL game on the telly in the pub first followed by the football.

The RFL want shooting for picking this date, they are a complete joke,it stinks if Leigh get some flack over the low crowd and it effects our chances of holding other big games.

theres many routes which dont get plastered with cars

leigh to golboune onto lancs , stone cross i think its called near maccys! turn right at the lights follow the road which i thinks called stone cross lane (could be wrong) at the top of that road turn right . theres a pub which looks like its boarded up turn right and follow the road , once you see the beer garden your near B&Q . 30 minute journey in a morning so its not too bad!

just aft keep an eye out for them bloody roadworks! i wanted a flying car but the insurance on a clio was high enough

I go all the leigh games and have managed to drag the family out for this one. The world cup is a small issue, I have to be back to the Grey Horse in Glazebury for work and the free food at 7.30 :/ . I personally think it will be a sell out, shame its not the same on a sunday haha

Just got my tickets,international and semi.bargain at £5 and £6. for the england game only single seats left in the east stand,just a few left together in the west stand at the south end.(the draffty end!)

TWITCH - Im beginning to believe just the same, they will turn round next week and say 'the crowd was dissapointing what a pity' and then pass the LSV over for any future events, paranoia?? perhaps but it is the RFL.
