According to the official Leigh website the next match we play is Sheffield Eagles on SAT 24 April 2010 at HILLSBOROUGH ARENA kick off 3.00 pm?. MMMmmm should be interesting! wonder if IM knows, after all he has asked all the ppl of leigh to get down to the LSV on SUNDAY to support our lads. Tell me, will i be there on my own?

This is obviously far more prominent than the fixtures page and does not mention it being reserve grade!!

Having just looked at the front page, I think it is a fair point about the confusion.

Thanks "brad fittler fan club". my post WAS a bit "tongue in cheek" and you got it! ANYONE just going to the lead page (whos not a regular fan) and reading it as it does, would assume that we are away this weekend!

Just to confuse things a bit more, the Under 16's are playing Featherstone at LSV, as a 'curtain-raiser', on Sunday, k/o 1 pm.

So it is at the tigers ground in dore or at the home of hillsborough hawks? These grounds are a good 10+ miles apart.

Seems to me if you are a supporter of Leigh RLFC you would be aware or have enough sense to know where or when our next game would be played.

For vindication of what I am saying how many Leythers' other than players and staff of our club' will be at Sheffield on Saturday ?

I will be at our reserves next home game of course which is Wednesday night at Leigh Easts ARLFC.

....and what about all the new fans we want to attract in frank who maybe haven't taken too much notice up to now.

Its these RFL hosted sites, same confusion on Widnes and Halifax sites with reserve, u-15, u-16 games on there.

Also the RFL main site has changed it to not mention a venue and I've no reason to doubt hawk-eye so I'd say its taking place at Sheffield Tigers RU too.

When I spotted the error on the Leigh site I checked with the Eagles' office and e-mailed Leigh, they must have been too busy to reply but did manage to change the webpage!
