In an attempt to sell more programmes at the Featherstone game ( and a LOT more need to be sold to even reach a "break even" figure ), the club experimented yesterday by positioning the seller's on the outside of the ground instead of the normal position of inside as you come through the turnstiles..........

Any reaction ?................did you find this better or worse ?................did you have trouble getting a programme ?

seems they did the same with the half time draws, would have been better to advise of this before the game in my opinion as I went through and had to pass money back to someone I was with to get a ticket as they werent on sale inside!

Both inside and out too maximise sales i would think!

Bought my programme outside and my half time ticket inside yesterday(North), I've never had any real problems with it in the past or yesterday, so I'd guess the answer would be down to did we sell any more.

If its 'P'ing down they may be better sold inside.

Inside and out i would say......Totally perplexed my father who is an avid collector of both editions. Thankfully he did manage to get both copys so crisis averted.


Next time we,ll be better prepared as change does take time.

a. they would need more volunteers
b. it may not be worth the extra volunteers time.

as long as they stick to a set routine people will get used to it.

thats my opinion anyway.
personally? i'd have left it the way it was.

Got mine whilst entering the Park Inn from the vendor who does at least 2 trips in there.
