Underestimate them if you want, but they'll stick with us for at least 40 minutes. If we go in with the attidute that it will be easy then they will catch us cold.

I usually like Wigan v Lei@h games but unfortunately i won't be attending this one. I can watch Wigan reserves at Orrell for £3 so ain't gonna pay £14 to do the same. I feel sorry for the Lei@h fans, yeah your probably in with a great chance of winning, but the crowd will be very disappointing as alot of wigan fans are already boycotting it in favour of the wire match on wednesday.

I will still be going but I would be outraged if I was a Wigan fan and had already paid for tickets after the coach said it would be a mixed team and then decides to send a young team out.
Maybe if he had decided to send just a couple of first teamers it wouldnt of been as bad but the decision he made is a bit of a shocker.

As long as our lads get a run out and a good game then thats the main thing but the attendance will be badly affected

The Wigan u21 side is a very good one and it should be able to keep the score respectable but i'd expect Leigh to win it by 16-20 points with the added experience.

It could be a good opportunity for Millward to take a look at a couple of players with the hope of getting them on loan. I'm sure there must be at least 2 or 3 players in our side the club would like to get some first team games somewhere.

I will be there and I am taking a few newcomers with me, and this should be a cracking game that hopefully makes them see the light and return time and time again.

I posted on Wednesday what I thought the team would be and I was wrong with one of the starting 13.

It's not a bad team that Wigan are sending, they have only beaten 5 times in the last two years and have won their last two Grand Finals.

I'm looking forward to see these kids testing themselves against Leigh.

I'll be giving it a miss looking at that team.

Me and my family/friends have got two boxes - the only problem is that half of them are crust munchers!!

In that Wigan team are at least 8 future SL players a couple of future Internationals and the rest will be top end Ch players (mostly for us I hope) I only wish we could send a team like that to represent Leigh.
