I have to say the presentation of to the U21's for there fantastic achivements was nothing short of embarassing. If I was a player involved and was on the verge of making it that would make up my mind to look for a new club. I felt sorry for those lads they left the field with no applause at all. I dont know who looks after these things, well no I think I do Mr Bradshaw. Get your coat mate. Today was the icing on the cake confirming that there are people doing jobs at this club that should not be. The Ricky Bibey signing and several others over the last two season makes this club look like a bunch of muppets. Dont close the door behind you. Get someone who has some brains and flair.

It was appauling, the announcer only started to talk as they were leaving the field.

It was the same last week with the minutes silence for JT's dad, he never said who i was for just that there would be one, then as it finished and the game was kicking off he started to take about who it was etc so everyone was cheering and you couldn't hear him

And to think that people used to criticise Don Boyle, when he was announcer!!

Don was great, you could guarantee a laugh from his mistakes but this new guy is just cringe worthy

You're lucky if you can hear him in the North stand. The PA system is carp!

It was absolutely nothing to do with the man with the microphone. It was all down to the organiser and it was not him. He would have or should have been given a running order telling him what was going on and in set order. He was given this but it didn't coincide with what was happening. It's not hard this I do it for a living. Infact schools and nearly every type of job do it in some shape or form. It just needs a brain and a bit of common sense.

I have got to say that all the announcements this year ahave been totally lacking in professionalism.
From the PA not being loud enough, breaking up and announcer sounding totally uninterested to the music being played too early and too late for the team coming out of the tunnel.
The only professional performance on this side of things this year was Keith Chegwin. Knowing nobod
'foty really wanted to see him he attained the crowds attention using humour and a larger than life personality.
This is another area where Leigh really need to step up. The stadium announcer is the vital link between the fans and the club on match day and extremely high profile. At the end of the day the fans want to watch good entertaining rugby but if you provide quality entertainment the whole matchday experience is fortified.
The band today were excellent and I think if people had been made aware of there position in the East Stand they will have been more appreciative.

Pathetic to say the least.

They didn't even give the lads a lap of honour and their was plenty of time to do it in. I've heard bad reports about this guy Bradshaw and if he's running these things then somebody needs to get him sorted out.

In addition can we get an announcer who knows who our players are please. Two weeks in a row they haven't been able to pronounce Macgraff Leuluai's name and made a joke of it... it's embarrasing for christs sake

Didn't really notice if it was him at the 'Fax game, but it was Gary the Genesis announcer on the tannoy today. A real RMI stalwart for many years and a nice surprise to hear him (occasionally) over the PA today - agree with Plonk that the volume is abysmal in the North Stand.

When we got in the ground about 2 ish hardly anyone was in and shortly afterwards the band started playing to practically non existant crowds ,we tried our best to applaud but i bet they thought it was a tad pathetic,its a shame really as they were good and i bet they were not cheap either.

Right I too was disgusted by the timing of the announcements yesterday so instead of complaining on here I went to Dave Bradshaw and put the complaints to him, re the announcer and timings

The guy who has been doing it all year phoned the club 2 hours before the Halifax game and pulled out so a replacement had to be found in two hours the Genesis guy kindly stood in and also the original announcer said he wasnt going to be doing any more games so again the genesis guy stood in, he was given a running order but the band ran slightly over time (and they played yesterday for about a tenth of their normal fee) as a result of these timings it all went wrong and (IMO) it would seem the announcer did not use common sense and altered it himself, he will not be doing it again he has been thanked for stepping in at short notice but the job is now 'vacant'.

I was going to say we couldn't hear him in the West Stand about 10 yards away! Hopefully, it will be done professionally next season.

On a more positive note, I would likd to praise the girl acrobats. I thought they were sensational yesterday and, again, got virtually no appreciation from the crowd. Maybe everyone had other things on their mind!
