Sheffield arguably named the strongest squad of all the championship teams.
Yere, Ropati and Lindsay all played as did Szostak, Barlow and Woodcock.
Dewsbury also look a good outside bet with the way they conducted themselves while Fax will be part of the Plate knock out after being edged out of contention by Sheffield following a 16-8 loss to Fev.
On the other side of things Rochdales team today included a certain Darren Shaw, former Leigh Academy winger Tom Draper and trialist from Leigh Miners, a BARLA tourist and ex Easts man Leon Brennan, complete with Alice band to keep hair in check.
Speaking of hair, blimey Carl Forber now sports a Harry Enfield scouser curly top... Also good to see other former Leigh players Jay Duffy, Simon Svabic, Tom Woodcock, Jon Clough and John Boland turning out for Blackpool.
