They should come clean and state wether they are willing to finance them for this period of the licences

Then they should inform all the other clubs that their SKY money is to be reduced to cover the extra given to Celtic

Help is fine as long as that's all it is. Financial aid is a different story and if that's happening they shouldn't be allowed to stay in SL. After all I don't remember reading anything about the RFL helping Widnes, Rochdale, Doncaster etc

So you'd rather they get financial aid and be in our league ?

Leave them where they are , let the RFL take money off all the others to support them and then see how all the SL clubs fans react

Might beat Paris SG in the "disapearing off the face of RL" act, anyone who has attended more than 1 game in South Wales will know this was always going to be a massive struggle and awarding a franchise based on 1 sugar daddy was a insult to every other club that put good finance aside thinking a fair hearing would be had at the franchise appointments based on what they had to offer.

Serious questions should be asked about just how the RFL meddle in certain teams affairs and yet chose to ignore other clubs.

Totally incorrect way for a governing body to run itself.

Franchising tarnished the game for many, unfortunatly it might have also killed off our one chance of EVER getting into South Wales due to the hamfisted, ill thought out rushed way it was implemented by the RFL.

All i can say is rfl a bunch of s.Maybe time to break away from superleague and get our own funding?Never known a sport so unfair.Every team should have a chance.Fuck you rfl.

Well, I must be Nostradamus and should be on some big Government task force because it was clear to to me they'd struggle, though admittedly I thought they might get a season out before it went wonky.

CC also lost the TV money they were getting from S4C to show their home games live , free to a Welsh speaking audience because Sky have exclusive telly rights for Super League



So the RFL have to take some responsibiity for removing CCs chance of attracting new fans from a staunch RU area because of their rush to suck Rupert Murdoch's knob and expand into an area that was'nt ready for SL



If they had been left in the Championship for a few more years with their S4C ties they could have built a fan base gradually instead of being chucked in at the deep end and going out of business ala PSG

Will be interesting to hear what the RFL say when Celtic goes t1ts up

There is no interest in RL in Wales what so ever , trust me



The National RU team has been incredibly successful over the last 5 years and with top RU club teams on their doorstep playing in the top division and top European Cup competitions so why would would Welsh rugby fans watch CC ? they are just like us Leythers they wont turn out to watch a losing team



Think on , there is'nt any Welsh legends like Davies , Quinell , Devereaux , Scott Gibbs and Moriartey and Bateman knocking about as it's not an amateur game any more



People in South Wales watch the RU on Sky on Friday and Saturday night at the same time that Eddie & Stevo are spouting their crap ,

I know as I've been in a South Wales pub on a Friday night and asked for the SL on telly and got f@&*d right off for the Guiness RU match between Northampton v Scarlets



Who's going to be hard enough to go into a pub in Caerphilly and tell them to turn the telly over
