If that's the case, I can't see Ned being very happy about going to Leigh in the first place to be tossed aside twice.

You're wasting his talents this year by not letting him coach the players.

Clarification on Kellys role at the club next season would be nice. As it stands as I see it would be Kelly as Director of rugby, Millward as Head Coach & Rowley stealing a living (I mean Assistant Coach).

But had he been efficient in his pre-season signings and won a few games then he wouldn't have found himself in the position of being 'tossed aside'.

Then again we don't know what his budget was or what restrictions were put on him do we?

Granted, we don't, but I don't think our poor pre-season recruitment, added to the Aussie wildgoose chases, have helped matters.

To be honest, I do feel abit sorry for Kelly. He should have at least had the whole season to finish, I don't think we helped ourselfs by changing coaches in the middle of the season, it was the same crop of players no matter what and dare I say Kelly in my eyes, is the better coach with more experience and it would have been better to see it out til the end of the season with him still in charge.

However what is done is done, and we'll just have to see what happens now as apparently Kelly and Millward havn't see eye to eye in the past. If Kelly does stay it'll be interesting to see how it works with the three of them around.

Do we ever give coaches their contract time?

I think its down to spending a lot of the budget on one player who frankly hasn,t had the best of seasons although a lot of that being down to him playing when not 100% fit.

Another problem is glaringly obvious which is one very important position. We have been arguing this point since Carl Forber was our stand off.

I was hoping for good things when NK was appointed and I don,t know what his budget was but he of course inherited a few players signed by a previous coach so thats not his fault.

One of our recently announced resignings for next season for example if IM had seen our games this season would that have happened do you think ?

Maybe its different watching from a dugout but there,s not a lot missed in the North Stand.

Oh and to end on a contraversial note I,m still waiting for Armistead to have a good game.

Millward will change the coaching set up Neil Kelly is staying on as football manager looking after the budget side of things while Millward will recrute who HE wants and Rowley his assistant.

Armistead hasnt been fit all year. But yet he has still looked like the only forward that can create something he has awesome hands just a shame were too lazy too follow him up into the contact.

Well its good to see that Millward is keeping Kelly on as football manager and not getting rid , Millward says that he has always got on with him so they will probably work well together as with Rowly too.

I would think Kelly who has been around for some time would be most professional about the whole thing, I would however like to be a "fly on the wall " when Millward and Rowley get started.
