The reason I highlighted Salford against Batley is because Salford are putting their best team out and no disrespect to Batley, but for size speed and fitness I can,t see them getting close.

If Salford are putting a full team out then this is nailed on. I think Fax have 28 start and usually i like a flutter but i have no idea if we can get within that or not. I think they might just have too much power pace and class for us. But fingers crossed.

Just been in Ladbrokes in the centre of Manchester.

I asked the young lady at the desk what was the Handicap betting for todays game Batley v Salford. She brought it up on the screen and it said Salford -28 at 9 to 2 on.

I thought I only had £20 spare and though that would be a winning bet but wasn,t worth it so backed Saford to win at 9-2 giving Batley 51 start.
