Leigh have already announced that Paul Rowley will have a bigger player budget (i.e. more money, not bigger players

) next season. The new Board is charged with raising that extra funding.

Salary Cap is same next year as it is this.

Paul has been given the green light not only to retain who he wanted from the existing squad but to strengthen for next year which we shall do/ have done.

Its true next year is a big year as top two will receive major funds in comparison to the rest for 2015.

Deep down with the signings we have made I would be disappointed if we didnt finish at least 2nd. I know all too well being a Fax fan that we dont always meet expectations. Take this season at the beginning of the year I thought we had the best team on paper but were maybe a bit light in the halfs. 1st round out of the NRC and apart from catching Sheffield cold on the first day we have been poor against the 2 best teams in the league and we hit the back end of the season not expecting too much in the playoffs.

Its a good league where anyone can beat anyone on their day. Take Leigh winning the NRC final, having beaten Fev and Leigh, not many people outside Leigh would have put money on that from a team that on paper looked about 4th/5th best in the league with Batley.

When do we get to know who we have signed for next season?

Can't we announce them after next week? That's what I thought anyway.
Then again I wouldn't till season is completely over, as players are still involved with their one clubs

Are we cleared (RFL rules etc.) to announce new signings on that date? I realise the 'league' season is finished by then, but signings may come from teams still involved in the play-offs, for example.
