FWIW I must admit I've thought that some of the so-called moaners have had some valid points at times, even if they weren't always addressed in the right way or to the right people. However, season 1 it is - think a bit of slack is needed to be cut by all (and I do feel that needs to go the opposite way as well, especially if the customer is always right...).

Personally I had a minor problem with my match ticket for today's game - I knew I'd been sent one but on closer inspection on the way to our pre-match pub of choice I discovered it was for the wrong stand and had to abandon the pub in favour of an earlier arrival at the ground to sort it out. After all the debate on here recently I was a little apprehensive, but credit where it's due I have to say the ticket office was very well run with all windows open & staff apparently serving in a very well organised manner. My problem was sorted out quickly and efficiently and I thought the whole ticketing side seemed to be being handled very professionally.

can i just say to anybody who cares to listen, i have no problem what so ever in saying to people's faces what i write down on this board, be that a coach, player, director or a fellow fan, i like the rest of you care passionately for MY club, and i want the best for it, so if people get upset by what i say, well that's life aint it, but i always say it for the best of the club, yes i critise it, and it deserves it at times, but i also praise when warrented, for what its worth i'm no pc warrior AND WILL DEBATE WITH ANYBODY ANYTHING, THE POINT WHICH CERTAIN PEOPLE FAIL TO SEE, IS I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE MIGRATION PROBLEM, SO I COULD NOT RESOLVE IT.see i slipped into shouting moad, then i do apologise.

For what its worth my preference would be to sit north side of the west around the 20m line (this is where I ahve always tried to view the game).

My tickets came for turnstyles 1-4 but I thought I would try the South side. I had the opportunity to see/speak to people I used to see/speak with on the Tommy Sale terrace. My lad was able to enter through the same turnstyle as me with his coupon book, I got there 30 mins before kick ff so could almost pick my seat, I had a wonderful obstacle free view of the game, had some good banter with those around me (and disagreements!) and thoroughly enjoyed a hard fought, tense game.

My preference is still North on West and if our swipe cards come for South of West, or one for one and one for the other I will simply go to the ticket office and politely ask to have them changed accordingly in the full knowledge that this will not be an issue
