Club has announced home match v.Toulouse will kick off at 5.30 with no explanation

Advertised as Friday 16th at 7.00pm

Why should this affect our kick off time?

Sunday at 3 p.m. didn't last long, did it? Perhaps it's at LSV's request, to sell more food - right on Sunday tea time!

Ah well, at least we haven't changed the venue, like they have done for our visit to them!

It's a joke,complain about losing 900 season ticket holders then do a 5 30 ko on a Sunday,how many fans will that lose plus I got a season ticket last year because it was stated ko will be 6 15 on a sat or Sunday unless on sky and how many games were actually on them days

Surely we would not change our KO for a pointless & mediocre association football match in a competiton Manchester City FC are flying away with.

if there's more to it Harold it should have been stated in the statement ,I would have preferred for it to be on a Fri than 5 30 on a Sunday

I bought last years season ticket on that too Gunner, only went to 3 home games due to working friday night. hence why i will pay as i go from now on.

Perhaps we aren't giving an explanation, because they haven't given one for switching the return fixture to Albi?! We should consider ourselves fortunate that the game is on a Sunday - last time we had Toulouse in the Championship, they could only play away games on Saturdays.

Quite right according to the Toulouse website kick off changed at request of the host club.

Maybe Derek's got a box at United with marwan so he's changed so he can go both games

Plenty have asked the question about the change in ko time but no statements have been made and I read somewhere that Toulouse said it was the home team that requested a change and ye I heard they was in a box at united

Up there as one of the most astonishing and bizarre decisions ever made in the club's history. Kick off delayed two and a half hours for ONE person to go and attend a football match instead ?

We will still be watching the match gone 7pm on a cold, dark and freezing Sunday in February instead of being sat at side of a roaring fire, done and dusted

Well it didn't seem to be an issue kicking off later than that last season on a cold dark and freezing Thursday/Friday night.

It's 2 1/2 hours for gawds sake, it's not as though it's been changed to 3am.

And I for one am thankful, it gives the chance to get things done on Sunday, rather than 3pm giving less opportunity

I dont think you can compare Saints on a Friday night in SL, to Toulouse on a Sunday in Championship. But each to their own. Obvious disruptions on/off field at present,the last thing would be to disrupt the fans for something thats avoidable.

The point being was the change in KO time avoidable or not? Or is it a statement of intent.

I can't believe people actually think the kick off has been put back because the owner is attended a soccerball match. Some people will believe black is white if you tell them.

How sure are you that it isn't the case?
