Seems that Jukesy will be judged on the MPG if he is to keep his job.

So as fans we will just have to put up with what we see each week and pray that if we are in the MPG then we win it.

There is a possibility of Leigh being in the MPG but the same can apply all the way up the league.

I'm not sure Leigh are that far off it.
Wakefield have won quite a few games to be in 6th but nearly all our games have been close and won or lost in the last minute.
Leigh have lost some close games that with better discipline or even the bounce of a ball could have been wins.
The trick is to turn that one try chance around. A lot of that is attitude of players and even experience of being in the dog fight.

Have faith. A good crowd backing their team counts for a lot. And enjoy the ride.

Wakey have the bitterest fans in the RL cos nobody likes them, Sky hate them the video ref hates them disciplinary hate them touch judges hate them the media hate them super league hate them the championship hate them refs detest them. If you beleive what you read on their forum anyway. But Gary Schofield is warming to them now

I don't hate them at all , I've watched and supported them against Wigan home and away , I've sat with their fans at the LSV against Salford , I've enjoyed every trip to Belle Vue win or lose , although the view can be a bit crap

They are a good club that have managed to stay in the top tier against all the odds , they are an ' underdog ' , much like us

They are currently seeing some success and that naturally breeds a little arrogance , but overal their fans are great

I will happily visit any clubs board for 24 hours after playing them to discuss the game , then move on to the next , if some of theirs want to continue visiting our board then fine , they are free to continue moaning on it if they like , I am free to tell them to get lost

Your quite right this thread has nothing to do with Wakefield, unfortunately this thread got off to a bad start with an unwarranted post from a Wakey fan, personally I could not understand the reference to Barnsley from an uneducated Leigh fan.

I think your post is slightly over egged here Stephen.
Some of your fans on here are on a par with us complaining how badly you have been treated by match officials and opposition fans, we can't complain about the MRP as we rarely have any charges against us although we were quite upset when one of your local lad's Scott Moore was harshly dealt with by them, as for the RFL on the whole they have been quite generous to us under the circumstances, as regards to Sky who cares what they say like everybody else we just treat them with the contempt they deserve.
I can understand why the championship clubs' hate you, but apart from the Bulls fans who are still bitter because we beat them in the MPG I can't see why you've lumped us into it as we've never played there, no comment to make on Gary Schofield that's just about covered it all Stephen lad.

Generally , I like Wakey fans, I work with some very nice Wakey lads and have some fine banter with them, but some fans come on here thinking that Wakey are World Club Champs cos they've done us twice this season.
