Apologies, I looked at companies registered at Sale Way and came up with "Sporting Club Leigh Limited" It contains a balance sheet and no profit and loss. There are some transactions between Sporting Club Leigh and AB Sundeck, which is how Derek shuffles money between the two companies.

Without a Profit and Loss it is impossible to assess the state of the club, but compared to St Helens they are in a different league.
