If they're going to do it then fine, but I can't see it happening, there's empty shops and pubs all over Leigh which would be easier to convert. They're nothing more that a complete eyesore, just knock the frigging things down.
I could improve a lot of Leigh town centre with few sticks of dynamite and a good JCB driver.
