Good luck to all, and I'm gutted I can't join in this time, but as a seasoned walker, a word of advice - make sure you wear comfortable shoes, boots or strong trainers, and thick socks. That sort of mileage is a serious distance for those not used to it. Make sure you have plenty of liquid intake (LOL as if you wouldn't) and have something to eat on the hoof to keep you going. Bananas are a source of instant energy, and those energy bars that taste like dried cardboard are good too. Anyone need any advice, just PM me ....
