Any Ideas on who should be awarded the captaincy next year?

Cant argue with JT or Littler to be honest.

The only other candidate id personally like to see would be Tommy Goulden. Hes a leader not in the sense of organising and motivating but by example. Sets a standard with work ethic, consistant and hardly ever misses a game.

He has also captained Miners, Barla on tour, Rochdale and Oldham so has the expierience required to carry out the role.

Thought Jimmy went off his game a little last time he was made captain. Maybe he was just a little too young for it as it was a few years ago and he's still fairly young now. I'd let him get on with his job as he has been improving a lot recently, especially in attack. His defence is the best in the league and if his attack continues to improve he'll become one hell of a player. He isn't the most vocal of players but he is our longest serving so maybe make Jimmy Vice Captain?

Littler or Goulden as captain for me. Both are very vocal and lead by example on the field. If Duffy signs up again he could also be in with a shout.

3 fantastic candidates and all local lads which is a fan pleaser........Have to say I would choose Goulden for his work ethic and players tend to listen when someone like that speaks.......plus with his experience as mentioned it seems pretty natural.

Any of those 3 would be great!
