Bit of a low risk one this, doubt he will be on a big contract anyway but he wont count on the cap at all in year one. If it works great, if not I see no problems - I doubt we'll see him in a first team game next year, but hopefully if he gets some game time in the reserves he can start to build.

He looks useful on the Guardian video, with a nose for the try line & can make space for himself & others.

Yes, he does look busy with the ball. I can't see him being viewed as a HB or centre so perhaps they are looking for wing cover ? And when Matty Ashton joined us he looked very raw as a player but his progress has been exceptional so we will have to see what the master magicians in coaching can bring out of him.

Hope he gets a game as we've been short of Alfie's in the team.
