On one hand it's a shame if C4 don't get a gig - it was good to have them on board last year.
On the other, it's good to have all matches live.
It'll cost me more (paying Now TV) but may also mean I don't go to as many live matches as travel costs will reduce.

I think terrestrial will still be part of the deal, probably have a number of games through the season simulcast.
The deal is concerning to be honest, I had hoped all games were going to be broadcast, with 2 live on Sky and SL offering the remaining games as pay per view so the drop in Sky money could be offset by people streaming the other games. If they are available only on Sky platforms for free - other than greater exposure for sponsors- this seems a terrible deal.

It does say in one of the paragraphs:
RL Commercial retain the ability to attract new viewers with the continuation of free-to-air broadcast opportunities, as well as through a dedicated Super League-owned streaming platform - with further details to be confirmed through the autumn.
So I would say at least some will be on normal TV
