I might be tempted to throw in Russell ahead of Thewlis, just on the basis that when Huddersfield play well they put you in corners and you have a lot of work to do coming out of your own 20. Russell is more suited to that than Thewlis, even though I see Thewlis as a much all round better player.

Other than that i'd go with your 17, I have a nagging doubt DP might put Mata'utia to half back and Clark to 13 though.

You probably right about Russell, only reason I done it that way is I really think Wrench should start at Centre.

If the mutterings about dufty being homesick and wanting to go home are true then he can watch from the stands or from his couch..play the players that want to be here..

Totally agree with you, regarding keeping unhappy players.

There is no point in having them sulking and affecting players who are glad to be here.

Would anyone be suprised if Dufty wanted out? Most of our overseas signings have at least landed at Manchester before they complain about the weather/lack of beaches - Dufty was dissing SL before he hung up his BBQ apron.

On attack he'll be missed but he always seems to be in damage limitation mode under bombs and in defence.

I was looking forward to Dufty playing on the back of this year's pack. I thought he would do a bit more damage backing up offloads through the middle or following Clark jumping out of DH.
The one player that always is in support is Williams but thought it would be Dufty.
Just not sure he has the vision to see something developing before it happens which is odd because we can all tell from Clark's body language when he is going to go.
Dufty has shown glimpses of individual brilliance but I don't really think any more than Mamo a couple of years ago.

I sort of hope he stays and proves me wrong.
I am not sure he will go back to the NRL as it is full of top class full backs.

To be fair the first 7 games when our pack was winning he was playing really well, and was constantly dangerous. But he seems to be one of the players who's having a wobble, which is concerning as a few are having this wobble at the same time.
I'm hoping it's just a dip a lot of teams see to have through the year, and we're about to stary gearing up to hit form again
