Bullock & Harrison did well when they came on vs Salford I thought, Harrison covering prop for this one I expect rather than 13 (although I'm not sure there is a difference anymore...)

Sorry, meant to put Widdop as a slashie next to Ratchford. Didn't proof-read before I posted. I'd like to see Thewlis at the back on Sunday, for something a bit different than what we've been trying.

That is the only way he will EVER get left out. Although if he injured himself in the game last Sunday, I'd love to know how! He didn't do a thing.

With Davis at 13 we should have too much power for their pack.

Apparently it's a back injury he sustained whilst trying to avoid doing any work. Daryl says he's a big brave boy though, so he may yet be back as long as no-one expects him to do anything.

Looks like being a warm one and fluid intake will be important, but needs to be managed effectively. Would also like Thewlis at FB, and he should have been given the role from the start of this season. He's on the wing as consequence of shipping out Lineham and Charnley, but just bringing in Minikin. Another case of having an unbalanced squad of our own making.

Im hearing. Ratch and Williams in the halves. Dean on the bench. Walker dropped.

Dean should be on from the start...if he doesn't even get a few minutes more flak is heading Powell's way

Surely a utility player like ratchford is ideal for the bench? That way we could actually have 2 proper half backs playing for once!

I hope we see the Clark of old today in that case. 80 minutes of running threat, and 80 mins of solid defence without even breaking a sweat. I would have had Walker coming on when the Cats forwards tire in the heat.

I like the idea of Dean getting some time though. He's an unknown quantity for the opposition, and he seems the sort of player who might spring something unexpected from his bag of tricks. I would think Ratch can go to hooker when Dean comes on, if Clark is tiring.

Exactly, he should be filling in through a crisis, or sat on the bench. Dean's available at HB, play him there, rather than have him sat on the bench as Williams could still be carrying an injury.
