Would have put Longstaff and Thewlis ahead of Davis and Charnley. Both were awesome against Salford and were better at the end of last season.

Still, in Powell we trust. This will be a good chance for those who tailed off last season to prove us wrong.

Another coach picking names over form , thewlis should have started plus Robson was the best forward in both trial games , aggressive in defence and carries hard , none even make the bench
