Price’s comment in the Guardian about Austin and Charnley. What is it code for?

Simple answer is that it is Covid related but who knows.
It does seem a bit strange that in the past the Covid issue is not said and all is surrounded in mystery. This does not help Price. He is accused of making illogical selections ... and then a few days later the real/logical reasons come to the surface.
