Ratchford also saved his worst game for tonight. Why is he always immune from criticism? 3/10 performance from him today, awful.

Props are a big factor, but not the be all and end all

A balanced, well led side is what's needed

Crying out for a decent prop for the last 18months/2 years - it’s a problem that’s never been addressed & looks as though the salary cap has been wasted in other areas.

Not at least trying Mamo when it was 14-19 was nothing short of shocking from Price.

What about Lois Johnson who we (Hull KR) had on loan and was really good. Plus the 2 black lads that played , Doro and the other lad, they would of made more impressed tonight

I’m going to say it that Hill can go for me as he’s getting to be a liability.Had to laugh when he said being dropped from the England squad will make him a better player.Not on that evidence it won’t.

Because the bench was deprived of weight...and Price knew it.
We could have had Latu and Sita, if free from the ban, on that bench. We didn’t need world beater props vs Hull...FC are full of one dimensional south seas islanders.

I think Hill is getting a bit of unfair stick to be honest. Yes he made errors but didn’t get subbed and probably made more yardage than any of our other forwards. Put him in a 17 with 3 other effective big props and he still merits a spot for me.

Price would rather go with Mamo who he put on for about 3 minutes. And Robson didn’t even get a chance.

Johnson, Kibula, or Doro would have at least gave us some more forward power, and they would be eager to impress.

Hill was absolutely knackered and therefore started making errors.

What’s the point of a bench if you don’t use it. Mamo for 5 mins and Robson didn’t even get on.
Price dropped a right bollock tonight. Awful game management. Could cost him his job.

Price has got form for not using all 17 players. Pretty sure he has left Danny walker on the bench a few times.

thought you threw everything at us the first 25 min, pretty even all the way through TBH, cant understand some of your fans over Hill, still a good prop imo, widdop on the other hand,

unforgivable to pick a bench that you have no confidence in.... if a player on your bench isn't good enough to contribute to a big game like tonights, then what is he doing in the club? It's a shambles IMO....everything from recruitment through to tactics and picking a team. Total shambles.

Our pack has been undersized and not tough enough for years. We complain about no creativity near the line and always blame the halfbacks. Forwards create the platform and then of course good coaching helps. If Price goes so must the iconic Briers who must be at least partly to blame. Give Henderson a go'!

Paul Anderson or ian watson for me. Henderson may not have been part of the problem but we have been so atrocious under price and if he wasn't happy with this he should have walked out on price ages ago and took another job so price couldn't take him down with him.

We don’t just need a prop. We need a new coach, new assistant, a new CEO, a halfback, a prop and a back rower.

I'm Surprised Moran still invests in us to be honest, he's done it longer than i thought he would.

Unfortunately he is far too close to one or two people at the club who are letting him down.

We're lucky Simon Moran is first & foremost a Warrington fan otherwise we wouldn't have his money.

Cooper is one of the best prop forwards in the league. Hill can still do a good 40 (but not 80) minutes. Philbin - I know lots of people talk about the wrecking ball, but have we seen enough of it this season (I haven't). And we've got some good, big framed young lads. Akuala - just doesn't do enough and made the stupidest tackle of the season to get his latest ban.
So yes, one new prop definitely. Maybe in the mould of Bobby Wanbon.

We totally surrendered the initiative when Price subbed Philbin first half. At that point HIll and Philbin were making big yards and producing tough defence. Then we had some subs by numbers from Price and we got BMM strolling around instead.

We brought BMM on and they brought Satae on and it was chalk and cheese. Our forwards have on the whole played well for a long time, consistently getting us into the right positions only for our backs to fail miserably. Widdop will be going but id like to see Austin follow him out the door, magic man nowhere near as magic as he thinks he is.
