Hull FC wingers concern me up against our relatively inexperienced pair and our bench even with BMM on it looks a little light - I’d be tempted to leave Walker out and bring in Robson or Johnson. Big pack Hull Fc. Hill, Cooper & Philbin need to be firing.

Jake Connor was in form last time out, hopefully his inconsistent performances take a dip for this one!

Have you heard any more about Mamo & even Charnley?
I thought Mamo was likely to be fit and Price sounded (surprisingly) positive about Charnley earlier this week.

I know that the notion we are suddenly skint is a nonsense. Yes we’ve suffered like every other club but the idea that was don’t have the money to relieve Price of his duties a year earlier when we signed Greg Inglis during the peak of the pandemic is dumbfounding.

I'm not expecting any suprises with our team selection (J Clark and Hughes both in, BMM, Davis, Walker, Philbin on bench) nor.am I expecting any suprises with Hull tactics : biff bash and occasional flourishes from Connor and Savelio.

I'm hoping Mamo is fit, Gelling is switched on and Widdop and Austin are on the same page for once. We need to get the tactics right, strong kicking fame, peg them back and let them grunt it out fron their 25, there's plenty of errors in them.

Ashton and Thewlis have shown that they are also dangerous wingers, and can do us proud assuming that Mamo is also unavailable.

Agreed, we have our 2 first choice wingers missing and still have 2 very good and dangerous wingers in our starting 13. We should be kicking low behind the defending wingers for these 2 to attack. Especially Ashton.

And it’s such a shame this game will be played without supporters, it wasn’t so long ago Warry came to the KC for the LLS and around 17,000 packed in, a fabulous atmosphere, unfortunately this year has robbed us of actually being able to watch it live.

I don't think we often lose because of attitude. Usually it is cos we have not scored enough points when on top. Apart from the Leeds game pre-lockdown we've usually been better, as good or just a "smidgeon" below the opposition.

Wigan are looking pretty tasty at the moment. When they got run over by Leeds (in the cup) it was officially the wettest day ever and they were very short of grunt up front.
