I heard about the club contacting people, i know only one person who received a call from the club; that was right in the midst of lockdown.
I think the communication from the club has been quite poor since the collapse of the season; we've just sort of been left in limbo. I understand that they can't clarify anything until the resumption of the season, but i'm sure they have contingency plans for all eventualities regarding season tickets if the season was abandoned, limited capacities, behind closed doors etc.
Wouldn't hurt the club to share that with the fans who've paid money for tickets, and are currently, not getting anything for it.
