| You have one wish which is....
You have been granted one wish only to be able to go back in time and change some point anytime in Wire's past, and erase/cancel a score or result against us......
What would that be and why?

| January 2nd 1994, Frano Botica's penalty at 6-6 hits the post and Mike Gregory catches it. He feeds Foz to race clear and score under the posts at the railway end.

| I'd change that tackle that ended Simon Grixs time at the wire. That spiral fracture was cruel to say the least, he had developed into an absolutely class 13 and one of our best players. Maybe we wouldn't have won any extra trophies, then again maybe we would. He could have been our captain instead of hill who could have concentrated on what he does best. Gutted to see an injury like that to one of our better players.

| In our GF, against Leeds, Trent Waterhouse dropped a pass in the middle about 5 yards out. If he had kept hold, it would surely had been 6 points, and we probably wouldn't have been overtaken, giving us a champions title on our first occasion.

| Get Sinfield to miss that penalty kick at the end of the 2011 playoff semi final.
That year was Tony Smith's side at its absolute peak. I would have been really confident going in to a Grand Final against Saints.

Cullen not to have slid in with his knees.
Russell Smith was on the lookout for ANYTHING to penalise us, late on (a bit like Ganson, in Sally's later post)

I'd pick this game, but go with Joel Monaghan doesn't get injured at the end of the first half.

Wouldn't it be better to just wish that we had won?

| I wish Mr & Mrs Fulton had decided to stay in Stockton Heath rather than emigrate to Australia. Young Bobby would then have played for 10yrs or more at his hometown club and led GB to multiple Ashes victories.

| A melancholic twist for me.
I'd go back to 2003 and hide Mike Gregs passport. No tour down under, no insect bite, no illness and a glorious future as GF winning Wire coach.

This was not the case though.
He already had developed the illness. It was initially thought it was a tic because his illness took a hold following this.

| 3 great calls from Karetaker, Lefty and Sally. If I have to choose 1 I would pick Sally's . That side deserved a GF win it was a joy to watch.

| I know this is all ifs and buts.
The first thing that sprung to mind was myler offside in the GF semi against Leeds but somebody has picked that.
There are probably more important events but I will go with Sandow pulling up in that game against Wigan. He looked unplayable up to that point but the worst thing that could have happened was having an 8 week lay off.
Anybody remember him and kev Penny watching a game from the South stand during his injury lay off, it was mainly down hill for him from the moment he picked up that injury.
