A Wembley appearance and a likely Top 4 finish is an excellent first season for Price. Well done to him and the whole performance team.

Fantastic effort considering the big clear out in the off season... we've over achieved against my expectations for 2018 - cant wait for a 5th trip to Wembley in 9 years

There wasn't a big clear out? I hadnt thought Price had cleared out anyone?...didn't he give them a blanc cart?
I can only think of Russell and Crosby and they have been post preseason.

The clear out was happening regardless of his arrival, I think possibly Crosby & Russell as you mentioned. plus I assume Westerman & Julien left under his watch.

He's rebuilt a squad and got them playing decent RL following a a very challenging off season for him given the number of players we had at the World Cup, a season that looks like it will deliver a Wembley appearance and a top 4 finish, which is probably more than most of us could hope for - that deserves some plaudits.

The squad was cleared out but who knows what hand he had in them save for the last 3.

It’s not just the changes to playing staff, there have been a lot of changes right through the club. And we have Stuart Middleton as Chairman now.

I swear you don't read posts, just too eager to reply. I clearly said it was uncertain how much Price had a hand in any barring the last 3.

The most important replacement was the exchange of Russell for Charnley. Like swapping a Lada Riva with a Bugatti Veyron. Transformed our season.
