Have I missed an announcement on Crosby? Was in the squad vs Huddersfield but hasn't been seen since...?

Could be that he and his family are still struggling badly with the loss of their baby. Lets just leave it at that.

It's customary the upcoming academy prospect is shunted to the wing and dependent on form may move to his desired/expected position.. But does Dagger have any experience on the wing or is he a out and out full back? One thing Wigan do have is damaging wingers and would rather he has in at fullback or not at all rather than putting him on Wigan because we have nobody else, if it's not a position he knows well.

Heard nothing about Crosby myself, never got started this season for one reason or another, understandably.

I wouldn't put anything past TS but i am just baffled with this team selection

Dagger was totally exposed at FB last week, he was thrown about like he was in a washing machine

TS admitted himself that he struggled with the physicality & to quote TS "he is a FB specialist" could now potentially be playing on the wing this week against a potent attack



I can't see this doing him or obviously the team any good & it could really dent his confidence with other viable options presumably available

It is a massive step from Academy to SL level. The game is crying out for a proper reserve grade & will only get worse the longer the need is ignored.

Joking aside I deliver there virtually everyday + not just a conjested hell hole most of the time I've got keep my windows closed the smell is that bad.Them workmen must be immune to it working there everyday.

My point about Dagger was he struggled in his own position & if the WG are giving us a clue he is playing on the wing then I don't think it's fair on him or the team to play him in an unfamiliar position & damage his confidence further

They will undoubtedly target him & the viable options I was talking about on the wing is Kev scapegoat Penny or if he wants to bring an academy lad in then I know it's a bit radical but what about a WINGER like Taylor Prell or Ryan Jones who knows the position

Like I eluded to in my original post TS is a buffoon & seems intent on ruining this team before he hopefully leaves & sooner rather than later

Thanks LJ I actually agree with your sentiments on the winger situation however my post was in reference to the previous poster requesting an update on Jack Johnson so the first line was sufficient 'playing along' or you could have given an update?

Is that it for Penny on the wing then? He wasn't brilliant at Castleford but neither was anyone else.
