Probably the first time one of our players showed a bit of fight this season, giving a crack to someone who committed a professional foul on him...
It's a pity nobody wanted to know when that thug Stewart knocked out our half back ... Not a single one of them even spoke to him while he stood there grining !!

I have to admit preferring the old style way of dealing with this. If someone pulled you back or obstructed you it was deemed fair game to give him a a bit of a smack ... it's what he deserved. The ref. would shrug his shoulder or have a little word about taking the law into your own hands. Bloody shame.

I've been super critical of Lineham since he arrived, but in recent matches I can see an improvement (in a poorly performing team).

Thought Savelio also showed some fight, in providing at least a little resistance to Hock as he walked over him along with Savelios use of his knees on Higson when scoring his try.

Giving someone a shove when you have been obstructed (he was) is a little different to an elbow to the face

Was it the first time Lineham was 'obstructed' during that game, I thought I saw a similar professional foul earlier? Also, what happened to the 'obstructer' was he stretchered off or also given ten?

I don't know if it was the first time he was held back, but he was certainly held back multiple times during the game.

Lets hope that you don' spend too long in the wilderness then cos Tom and co are too good for the wilderness. Have fun :
