Lee Mitchell thought he had stopped playing and is now a community coach what ever role that is.

I think that is where they go round to schools SW. Lee must be registered as a player again in some capacity...can't be far off his testimonial year.

He played a few reserve games last year if I recall.

Yes, lee is part of the Reserves squad, rejoining us after a stint with Batley. I think Wire have their thinking caps on with former players and especially Warrington lads, getting them involved with local clubs and passing on their knowledge and experience. I am sure I read that Mike Cooper has taken Director of Rugby at Latchford quite recently.

Anything that strengthens our local pool of talent has to be good for the club in the long term.

Good to see Lee Mitchell back. I can remember a few years back watching (on holiday in a pub) when he scorched in for a try v Leeds. Great long term thinking I reckon.

Anyone know of any radio coverage for this game? Tried tweeting the club, WireFM and Radio Warrington but no response.
