With Bailey missing I am sure TS will play Philbin to provide a bit of grunt. I think Wilde may be Westerman's understudy and would be expected to drop out. But Jullien has not played for 5 weeks, so might be a bit rusty ?

Yes really impressed, he was full of energy and determined to grab his chance. Another good reason why TS would want to reward him with another game.

I think we have to give our goal kicking duties to the best man on the day & that may not be Gidley at the moment.

But Gidley, not Patton, will be playing for us in the semi final. Surely we want Gidley to be taking pressure kicks right now. (unless you meant Ratch to take them).

Patton has a 100% record up untill last week when he missed 1.

For this week i was thinking Patton. This could well be won on goal kicks & Gidley's goalkicking has been below par for a few weeks. It will give him another couple of weeks to get over any injury that could be affecting his kicking.

I'd go with that. Bench is vey light and inexperienced though. I've for faith in our Young players but having Dodds, Bailey and Westwood would be an advantage.

agreed, that bench is very very light weight.

Regarding Dodds I wish something would be said about him staying or leaving, I know he only signed for one season.

It might be an advantage and if available then it would pick itself although to be fair G King has really caught my eye recently having previously being underwhelmed (perhaps unfairly)

Philbin played well last week plenty of oomph and both him and Wilde hardly let us down last year when they had extensive game time I don't think that they will this time out if selected. One things for sure they run hard and have plenty of energy.....is that two?

The Sandow family have decamped to Aus for the winter leaving Mr Sandow here until later, to me that indicates he still has a part to play in the remaining fixtures?

That makes no sense. Are you suggesting that if a player is out for the season they're free to go? What have Wheeler and Dodds been up to all these months? Is Bennie on a cruise in the Med right now?

Well.... If Richard Agar says he 'possibly' might be back then I guess its nailed on. I mean.... It would be ludicrous to think that we might be keeping the opposition guessing who we might be playing in the halves.

If we win/draw tomorrow night it'll be the U19's v Hull next week.
