Is anyone up for knocking garyhulsefan of his Prediction Competition Perch? I'm happy to continue running this year's competition unless someone else wants to have a go?

Either way, I think that we should stick with the highly successful Wire Yed format that we followed in 2015. Just to recap this was as follows,

Wire Game
a) Crowd numbers(within 500)
2 points

b) Score and team.
2 points for team, 2 point for exact margin or if correct score 6 points (8 points maximum not 10)

c) First try scorer. (Wire Players only)
4 points

d) Time of first try scorer. (Any team)
6 points

e) Last try scorer. (Any team)
4 points

f) Kicks over the sticks.
Both teams combined how many times will the ball successfully go over the posts. Converted tries/penalties/drop goals. 2 points

g) Other games in the round. (Normal rounds, Playoffs and CC games)
Guessing the winning team gets a point EXACT SCORE MARGIN. 4 points each correct

Highest score also gets 10 bonus points.

After the mid season split, you will only be guessing the results of the teams in the same 8 as Warrington.

a) Crowd: 13,250
b) Score and team: Wire to win, 48-12
c) First try: T. Lineham
d) Time of first try: 2 mins
e) Last try: C Sandow.
f) Kicks over the sticks: 10

Wigan v Catalan: Catalan by 62
Hull FC v Salford: Salford by 76
Hull KR v Castleford: Hull KR by 32
St Helens v Huddersfield: Huddersfield by 29
Wakefield v Widnes: Wakefield by 112

I'm up for giving you all an absolute battering again.

In the mix last season, without ever truly challenging for the top spots.

This year will be different all round Kearney, Wire will be better this year and as far as the Prediction Comp goes it's the taking part that counts as GHF will find out

Of course you are marshman, it's open to everyone, we even had a few visiting lobbygobblers taking part last season!!

All I would ask from everyone is not to give up half way through, unless there's a good reason and you've got a letter from your mam. Sure the odd 'miss' when people are away is understandable, but, it makes keeping the table neat and tidy more difficult when there's no post for long periods, as I don't want to take people out (in a non Paddy McGuinesss way).
