How the hell was that a try

I would never expect an on field referee to have to explain any of his decisions, but I see no reason at all why the video referee shouldn't be able to explain his reasoning for his decisions.

A shame that that 'Try' wasn't scored in a CC game, it would be interesting to listen to the video referees thought process. I think that Sky ought to follow the BBCs lead and do similar.

Thought it was the wrong decision. Although the one that wasn't given I actually thought was more likely to be given.

It's distracted everyone from Gouldings drop as he 'scores' .... watch the replay - he goes down with the ball under one arm and comes up with it under the other!!!

I'm convinced the only reason Charnleys reach around (!!!) try was disallowed was because someone in the Sky production team had told Childs he'd made a howler and the next one is to be turned down, no matter what.
