I watched him last night on Superleague show , he was amazing. btw the SL show repeat was moved again to make way for tennis & was repeated last night ,or this morning , at 1 am.

Haha, where is Stanley anyway ? I assume he must be Stanley Baxter, the 'comedian'. Presumably Ratchford extended his contract so that Koukash would have to pay us a bit more.

Is FB his best position ? He can be more easily marked at HB or Centre. He is starting to look like Tomkins. Plus he can kick goals as well. Plus he is a good field position kicker. Plus he can kick to the wing on the last tackle.

One of those players who is a joy to watch, yet as with Hill I can remember many questioning the decision to sign him, suggesting neither were good enough to regularly make the squad. Since then they have not only been two of our best players but been called up to the England ETS. I guess that shows why coaches (even Steve McNamara!) probably shouldn't pay fans much notice.

He might be going to Salford because he's excited by their vision and wants to be part of a team pushing for the top 8 next year.

He's sick of playing at a club where the home attendances are on the wane... he wants to join a club on the up.

He wants the fans to be able to shout abuse, sing songs about pedophiles and stand on the yellow lines.

Of all the players we at Salford have failed to keep he is the one that stings the most. He looked good in our poor team but watching him get better and better surrounded by better players just confirms our sense of loss..hopefully he will continue to thrive and get the international recognition he deserves. You signed a genuine talent.

Stanley (Ogden?) was even on the Huddersfield board joining in the TS/Briscoe debate...he's a proper little social hand grenade.

Back on topic Ratchford extending his contract is a real bonus for us what a runner, how easy on the eye is he? He plays like he's settled, definately in the 17 for me other than injury or rotation.

I certainly think FB is his best position.

Genuinely made up that Steff is finally being given the chance to showcase his talent at Warrington. I'm surprised its taken so long, he was always the better one out of him and Myler (we did say this at the same) and deserves the plaudits.

Having seen him play since a youngster coming through our academy I'd say his best position is 6, but the modern day 1 is just an extension to that position anyway. Of all the players were liked with, he's the one I'd want back the most.
