Question 9 was pathetic and what I would expect from an eleven year old not a dissertation research question.

The question seems perfectly valid and important given the nature of the information sought.

Disappointed to hear that. Can I ask if it's the question or the available responses you're not impressed with?

Yeah I will do, I've got most of the results transferred to Excel now, it's just the answers to the last question that need sorting out before I can start to analyse them and get finished.
