Quote ="Conroy"Seriously, I hope no NRL clubs/players are involved.'"
The story quotes the NRL saying more than one player from more than one team is affected.
Hopefully they ban them all for life and remove any titles that were won with a drugged fuelled cheat in the team.
It wouldn't surprise me at all if a certain club with a history of cheating were main players in this. This is a major storm coming for the NRL. I just hope it's not as widespread as the article suggest. Widespread doping in the NRL would be an absolute disaster as it's a competition and organisation that has always hyped itself up on the strength, fitness and fearlessness of it's competitors. It would be a tough blow to take in PR terms and any widespread doping would lead to a similar loss of faith that cycling is suffering from.
