Can he actually play for Widnes or have they an agreement as conflict of interest

I believe, from twitter, he is coming back! I think he has been recalled and someone might be getting dropped following friday

He was always coming back to cover the Easter games anyway. As to playing as someone might be getting dropped, I'm not so sure. Would love him to get his chance.

With Ratchford's injury and the cup game coming up soon, it makes sense to call him back. I don't know whether anybody will be dropped, but it does mean that there's an option to play Myler in spells at 9 which we haven't had since Ratchford was injured.

He will feature on either Thursday or Monday

As well as extra cover for the weekend, getting him in for the cup game means if he can't be cup tied if he said there

Doesn't seem right for him to play on Thursday. He’s spent a month training and playing with the Demics, he’ll know them inside out.

He might have brought with him a dossier on their weaknesses and where their defence can be exploited.

is richie myler playing that bad for you lot? everytime i have seen him hes defence has got better.

I had a bit of a dig at him on here after the game; it was a knee-jerk reaction on my part due to our poor performance. His defence has improved massively. I think some would like to see more from the playmaking side of his game. He did go through a patch last season where he was creating and scoring tries close to the opposition’s line. Not seen too much evidence of this so far this season though.

In a team that are not playing at the top of their game there will always be an easy target for some fans, me included at times it would appear.

In truth there are plenty who are playing for worse than him at the moment.

well i guess you can't be fairer than that. he never seems to stick out for me when on the attack unless a half break is being made but defence was hes weakness and now he looks one of the better edge defenders in the league. i dont think hes performance was that bad he should be dropped

I don't want to slate Myler too much - He's still relatively young and open to much improvement, but at present I feel he goes missing a bit too much at times, when he should really be making an impact.

He looks fine at the times we are on a roll, but at times like present, he looks distinctly average, with not much to reccommend about his game.....His passing game is average at best and kicking non-existant.

Will need to improve soon, otherwise he could very well get shipped out.
