I think you would have to go back some way to remember the last time that we did the league double (home and away) over the teams that have been regarded as the big 4, ive included Bradford because along with Leeds, Saints and Wigan they are the teams that have dominated silverware especially during the SL era.

I thought the same before. After the beatings I've seen those four sides inflict on us over the years I never thought this day would come!

If we win on Friday we will have beat every team in the league at least once during the regular league season too. Surely a long time since we've done that I imagine.

It is probably beyond the living memory of anyone on here other than Rogues Gallery.

It wouldn't suprise me if were the only side to do it, even during the great Saints and Leeds era of SL they both lost their fair share of games during the season and they probably beat each other or lost to Wigan or Bradford.

Whose mentioned anything about just beating each team once ?

Its about going through the entire season and being unbeaten against the big 4 sides in the league, thats beating them all home and away. Before we broke into the so called big 4 those big 4 will have been Leeds, Bradford, Saints and Wigan.

So the question again is as follows.

Have any of those in the previous or present big 4 gone though an entire season by beating the other big 3 home and away ?
