I've noticed that the players use ISC ankle socks for training,Im wodering if the club shop sell them or does anyone have any i can buy of them ?

just for training in and other things mate why

i reccomend nike mate i do a lot of running they are tightish on the feet but comfy highly reccomended

Are ISC any good? I know for a fact thats who we're going with next year so was just wonderng what they are like merchandise wise, not just kits but training gear etc?

the nicest ISC kits ive seen are the catalan shirts and saints ones,but the training gear is second to none,i know they do offer clubs alot of gear,they seem to set your own club shop up aswell.

I wouldn't recommend them as a self abuse sock, they aren't big enough for absorbing enough fluid.

You may need to be more frequent then Mark. It's similar to eating, little and often.

ha ha maybe the trainer sock is like a travel size version of the full size rugby sock.
