Smith said in this weeks interview with Skents that the young guns (Rhys and Blythe) will be rested this week.

Riley must have done somethng wrong this season. Looks like Rhys Williams will play who has impressed me whenever i have seen him.

Feel sorry for him but Rhys Williams deserves a run out.

Pure and simple Riley needs to work on his defence,he can be woeful.

I don't think his defence is that bad technique or positioning wise, but he is very slight of build. Both Evans and Williams are physically bigger, and therefore stronger in the tackle.
Riley would be devastating if he could put a couple of stone on but he doesn't look like he has the physical frame for it.

I would say Riley has a bigger frame than Evans and Riley's positioning in defence can be very suspect at times.

Reffed the first Leigh v Widnes encounter a couple of weeks ago. A young ref. who let the game flow - hardly noticed him!

Briers wont play tomorrow. He was at total fitness this morning in the pool half walking and half swimming up and down the pool. All the rest were at the HJ as usual the day before a match. Cant see him not being with the rest of the squad if he was going to feature for us tomorrow.

He was with the rest of the squad today at training but didnt do anything, and no he's not playing tomorrow

And your point is ? He may have spent some time with the squad at the HJ but he was also at total fitness before any of the squad for tomorrow left the HJ. Simple fact is he will not feature in the game tomorrow.

If thats the case - and it does look like it is - then i think we'd line up as follows
