I can't stand the iPHONE so i'm looking at the N8. Does anyone have one? are they any good? if so why if not what would you recommend that doesn't have an apple logo on it?

my first cause would be to recommend the iphone 4/5(when it comes out), however i get the feeling that your not an apple kind of guy...


so i would recommend the blackberry storm, useful, quick internet and all other gadgets etc.

either that or an iphone.

Yes, I've got an N8. Great phone but have never had a smartphone before so can't compare with anything. cracking camera!

The iPHONE is similar to Kyle Eastmond, it's great when it's at its peak but so much as fart on it and it's foooked.

Not had a single problem with so far (touch wood), gets battered about quite a bit but a lot more robust than I imagined it would be.

Same, the iPhone 4 was my first iPhone and I can't see myself ever going back to another brand unless some dramatic phone making by the others happens. Top phone, and very reliable, not had a single problem with it in almost a year..

What is their not to like about the iPhone? Brilliant phone. I've dropped mine millions of times, and there is hardly a scratch on it and it works fine.

I think some people are just anti-Apple. And others just like to be seen NOT following the crowd xD

I've got the N8, but as above I've never had a smartphone before so I can't compare. There aren't as many Apps on the OVI store as you can get on an I-phone but having spoken to my brother who has the I-phone, the N8 is alot easier to use with a better camera and HD video.

Like all things apple. You are paying a great deal to be tied into a mediocre contract for something that was good spec five years ago.

Get a HTC. Runs android is fast as anything and is more adapteple than Iphone. In fact unless you just want to play angry birds all day and listening to music get anything but an Iphone

Check out the samsung galaxy. Seriously good phone

All the kool kidz have blackberry phones.

I've had iPhones and htc's... The iPhone Is a much better product. Phone build is much better and the software is much more stable. The only advantage that android has is that it's open source. Which doesn't really mean anything unless your a programmer.... Also the volume and quality of apps is much better on the iPhone.
