| the boys all look twitchy! especially james graham! but he looks ready to go!
centenary test is the reason for us wearing the wigan style shirts, and if you ask me benny and ryan dont suit them!
lets just hope this quenches my thirst for rugby league!
all match talk here please!

| 4-0 kiwis! Shenton leaving the winger open! Tommy leuleuai cut out pass(forwardish) and a walk in at the corner!
Manu vatavei off with a broken arm-suspected! Didn't look great on the replay!
England have no kicking game at all!

| Widdop doesn't look like a fullback to me... Terrible attempt under the high ball then.

| England suddenly look better when Tomkins at FB - he's the most potent attacking force we have & should be allowed to attack the line when & where he wants from the back of the play. No scrum half, only one hooker who is an impact hooker not controlling hooker, no 3/4 line of any ability, players out of position & not playing with any passion.
A bloody disaster from coach down.

| Westwood should start next week for me, always gives his all when he comes on, good yards, aggressive defence, probabley England's best forward today. Agree about Atkins, looked out of his depth against Kenny-Dowall, i'd put Ellis or J Tomkins in the centre next week.

Westwood had a good game, thought Atkins was woeful before he went off though. Looks like another injury for you guys though unfortunately, was it his knee that got wrapped around the post or did he get nailed in the nads?
Tomkins
Goulding
Shenton
Brown/Widdop/Clubb - Brown would be my choice
Briscoe
Robinson
O'Loughlin
Burgess
Westwood
Ellis
Graham
Lunt
Fielden
SUBS
Crabtree
Griffin
J Tomkins
Roby
Lockers in the halves isn't ideal, but he can't control a game less than Brown has been doing.

| Keep Brown away from that squad. Play Tomkins at fullback, Widdop at stand off where he has played for most of the season for Melbourne and put Robinson at 7.

Widdops not played most of the season anywhere for Melbourne. He may have played there for the reserve side but he had a bad game in his natural position and as such should be dropped if there are alternatives. Brown had a better game than Widdop (although still very average) and if one of them has to play it should be brown.

I don't think O'loughlin would be able to control a game against the Aussies at 6, i think we have no choice but to keep tomkins in the halves, but maybe with Robinson at 7. I'd also bring Carvell and Crabtree in for Griffin and Fielden, who were both poor today and offered nothing going forward.

I just think Carvell will be an absolute turnstile against the aussies, at least Fielden can defend.
And I agree I don't think O'Loughlin can control a game BUT Tomkins has to be at FB for me.

| Atkins got shown up big time.
Fielden needs to start next week, we showed an ability to stem the flow with him and Graham on the field.

| Fielden did start, and was one of the main reasons we went in 12-0 down. Not good enough at this level.

| We were much better when Robinson came on. We were very clueless in attack in the first half. Tomkins should definitley play at full back, Widdop's knock on from the high ball was pretty shocking and their is no way you can afford to do that against the best. Ah well, it's our final match next week, setting up a final for Aus V NZ, again. If Smith can't beat them, McNamara won't.
