Hudds was very poor with not much idea at all,keep an eye on Brett Hodgeson we dont want him gettin injured really do we.

They didn't look great on Saturday, but Crusaders only try was an interception - so, even though they were poor, their defence was great again.

They've won 6 on the bounce, including Wigan away, and the one they lost before that was by a late drop goal at Leeds.

This one will be very tough.

well its the team id rather play just now,HKR were very good on saturday and when we played them at HJ they were unlucky not to come out of that game with something,for me Huddersfield is the better team to play.

It's a no-brainer isn't it? I keep forgetting how much Mathers offers in attack, both as a kicker in open play and a pivot for playmaking. Plus the coaching of young players coming through in addition to his playing duties.

Hodgson is much better. Great at chiming into the line as a 3rd pivot and a pressure goalkicker and leader on the field.

To be fair TS didn't get rid of Richie - he was offered a new 1 year contract but rejected it for the 3 years on offer at Cas.

I say we BOMB hodgson to death on sat evening,to see if he is up to the task...

He'll be aiming to please so itmight be a good idea.

I reckon he'll be like richie before he signed for the tigers.

... And for what it's worth hodgson is in league express/albert goldthorpe team of the season - best ranking full back apparently.

We sure missed a reliable kicker on Friday night, it can make the difference between winning and losing a game, just ask pat Richards haha

He's definitley in the top three, I'd say.

We're only signing Hodgson for 2 reasons. And only 2 reasons.

Training up Jordan Burke to be just like him.

As long as he stays fit Hodgson is a good signing for you.

This season nowhere near as good as last and missed a lot of games. Much better player than Ritchie "the turnstile" Mathers

His atitude however is phenominal. After kicking the equalising last gap goal against Hull Kr sky asked him had he been nervous. The reply was something to the tune of , of course not I've been dreaming of moments like that since I was a little lad. A true winner and a good ambassador for the game.

Pat Richards should take lessons on bottle from him !

Shame that his last act before playing for you will be to be in the team that knocks you out.
