according to the girl in the ticket office wire have been allocated 7000 tickets , with the kop end at saints only holding round 5k will we recieve both ends of the ground if we sell out , also know of plenty of surporters i.e non season ticket holders that made the trip to KR today for tickets ...cant wait

No. The lady in the ticket office I just bought my tickets off of said 5,000 to me. She reckons we'd sold 1,500 so far so there should be plenty left for non season ticket holders tomorrow. I'm pretty confident we'll sell the 5k though by Friday.

It just seemed a ridiculas amount for an allocation. I wouldnt be surprised if you sold that many, but I just couldnt see Saints allowing you to have that many. Even 5,000 seems alot considering a few of you seem to be buying direct from Saints. You should deffinately sell all your allocation.

I think we will sell more than the 7k after the challenge cup, everybodys still got the bug i think. a fair few people from Newton have been to saints for their tickets today and theyre wire fans

There's no way you'll get both ends of the ground. You'll have to squeeze into the Edington End and a lot of you will get wet when the heavens open at 7.55pm. I'm not moving from my usual spec to stand with the 'foul-mouthed' chanters on the popular side!

Nobody recieves any area of the ground at knowlsey road (unless you buy a seat of course!) with your ticket you can stand where you like.

I dont even think the game will sell out or get near to.

This game is important but the one next week and/or week after far more so.

The women behind the counter told me they sold over a thousand and even she thinks it wont sell out.

I know there's plenty of time before the game, but i still can't see Wire taking 7k. More on the lines of 3-4k.

Big part of it is that people have just had the big expense of Wembley. Also there is a big possibilty we will be playing Saints again in a couple of weeks, so for those who are not too flush at the moment, makes sense that this would be the game to miss. I'm sure that given the chance lots of people would go to all the away games, but with cost and other commitments, people have to prioritise.

If you told me I had to miss one game, it would be this one(fortunately I am going!) I think it may be a couple of thousand short of a sell out.
