It looks like there is a BIG storm brewing over Warrington at the minute, we had that little but loud thunder this morning (It woke me up

) but has been quiet since then.

If a storm kicks off during the game with thunder and lightning, will they call the game off? I'd have thought they'd just carry on as it's only a bit of rain and thunder, but a few people seem to reckon they'd find the lightning too dangerous to the players.

If we have to have a storm, i'd rather it be tonight after the game and tomorrow as I don't have anything to do tomorrow except play Assassin's Creed 2 before the third is released.

That's what I thought. I'm sure i've been to a game or two where exactly that has happened and it hasn't been called off, but a few friends said different so I thought i'd ask!

I enjoy thunder and lightning. It's very calming.

In the NFL they will play in anything apart from lightning, they've got metal helmets on though that increase their risk.

I've just never been bothered by it, it's kind of like a reverse pyschology thing. Some people think the ocean is calm, or the sunshine......me, I can't think of anything calmer than standing outside in the pouring down rain, with the rumble of thunder and the lighning illuminating the sky.

I think after our game away to Leigh a few years back it was probably the worse weather Ive seen you couldn't even see the match in the second half really the rain was that and and it was thunder and lightening then and it didn't get called off, after that match, I doubt any game would get called off for weather, some man was saying its the worse weather hes seen at rugby in over 30 years and he hardly misses a game.

I have been in the HJS and had to retreat to the concourse because of lightening. The game carried on regardless, but I'm just a bit scared of lightening!
