i know kevs dad and he is very happy at harlequins, and dusnt want to come bak to warrington as he thinks smith treats him like ... smith wants a big team penny just dusnt fit in to that criteria

if hes happy there then let him stay no point wasting space on the cap for players what aren't happy at the club

Yep, that's why man-mountain Chirs Riley is keeping Penny out of the team.

If we can sort out his defensive weaknesses then he has the potential to be a top SL winger for years to come.

We all like to give Penny some stick for his defensive frailties, but recently Riley has come up with some howlers - nothing said! When Hicks leaves Penny should be first choice.

I love these penny threads... we should have more of them.

We've had more KP threads than he's had tackles. I'm sure next season another club will be asking the same questions......he's fast, but.....

Clubs wont be asking the questions......maybe the less intelligent fans will.....

its just a fact that some people dont know the game well enough to make comments on an individuals game.....so they just continue with the "Penny cant tackle or catch" favourites, when he quite clearly can.....

if we had a poll on here comparing Peter Fox and Kevin Penny most would vote for Fox saying "he can catch tackle and Run" when he is infact very poor under the high ball and is also defensively poor...... but why would a young Wire fan even look at another players game to get a balanced opinion when they can stick with the Penny is rubbish routine their chums churn out....

The fact is Tony Smith doesnt want him....
he's probably gone for brett Hodgson and Rhys Williams for the price of Kevin Penny and thats fair enough.......

however Rhys Williams isnt good enough and Hodgson was very good but isnt any longer..... (I couldnt see him having the pace to make the try saving tackle that Mathers made in the Qtr final - thats a big worry)

any Penny threads should be banned from now on, he is someone elses player (except if we reach the final when players will come up with injuries which will clear in time for the final)
